The Challenge
Concrete stuck to the steel bucket. Mandatory cleanup after every cycle. Operators busy washing instead of working. Side access of only 90 cm.
The Cormidi Solution
C85 with 12 mm polyethylene bucket. Concrete doesn't adhere: just tilt and it slides off clean. Width 740 mm — fits where others can't. One operator, continuous cycles.
The Result
Zero cleanup at end of cycle. Less labor, less wasted time, more efficiency. One machine replacing three workers with wheelbarrows.
I never thought the bucket material could make such a difference. With the Poly we get twice the work done and go home without having to wash the machine.
