Precision
Every Cormidi has a serial number and every spare part has a code on the machine drawing. The request is opened with the model and serial number: that way the part that ships is the right one, first time. We weld the frame ourselves, we bend the pipework ourselves, we carry out the assembly ourselves: whoever answers knows the machine from the inside out.
Speed
Central spare parts warehouse in Roccadaspide, local stocks at authorised dealers and, for North America, the Cormidi USA branch in Seymour, Connecticut, with parts and warranty managed on-site. The enquiry reaches whoever can fulfil it, not a call centre.
Quality
Quality system certified to ISO 9001, CE marking across the entire range, TÜV USA and TÜV Canada on electric machines. Original spare parts with the same specifications as the components fitted at the factory: a Cormidi repaired with Cormidi spare parts remains a Cormidi.

The right part, where it's needed.
Italy and Europe
The central spare parts warehouse is in Roccadaspide, in the same facility where the machines are built. Authorised dealers keep local stocks of the most requested spare parts and order from the online spare parts portal using the exploded drawings of each model.
United States and Canada
Cormidi USA, in Seymour (Connecticut), handles parts, warranty and service for the North American market, with machines inspected one by one before delivery.
What we put in writing.
Official warranty up to 3 years on all models, according to the Cormidi warranty conditions delivered with the machine and activated at delivery by the authorised dealer. To claim warranty service, the model, serial number and fault description are required: the form above is the fastest way.
CE Certification on the entire range. TÜV USA e TÜV Canada on electric machines. ISO 9001 quality system: every machine leaves with documented inspection, and original spare parts meet the same specifications as first-fit components.
Scheduled maintenance: first service at 50 working hours, then every 250 hours or once a year. The authorised dealer carries it out with original spare parts and records it on the machine.
