How the work gets done here
The forest doesn't forgive. One rain, and where yesterday you passed with the off-road vehicle today you sink. A twenty percent slope, and the quad gets stuck with all the wood on top. Cormidi tracked machines don't have these problems: they distribute weight, bite into mud, climb where wheels slip. Load one cubic meter of wood, go down the trail and come back up to get the next load. Without calling anyone to pull you out.
